Mr Iqbal is the public name of the chauffeur and car booking service operated by Zafar Iqbal in Pakistan. These terms apply to journeys arranged with us by phone, WhatsApp, email, or through a request started on this website.

We take requests for airport transfers and city journeys in Lahore and Islamabad, including Allama Iqbal International Airport and Islamabad International Airport. Intercity journeys, including Multan, Sialkot, Faisalabad, Peshawar, Murree, and Bhurban, and other destinations are available only when we confirm the route and vehicle.

Sending an enquiry is not a confirmed booking. The website opens WhatsApp or your email app and does not take payment or confirm a vehicle. We will check availability and send you a quote. A booking exists only after you accept the quote and we confirm the journey in writing by WhatsApp or email.

The confirmation should identify the pickup date, time and place, destination, agreed price, vehicle or category, payment schedule, and any special arrangements. Please check it and tell us promptly about any mistake in your route, flight details, passenger number, luggage, or contact information. We may decline an unconfirmed request if a suitable vehicle or route is unavailable.

Each journey is priced individually in Pakistani rupees. Before you accept, the written quote will state the total price or pricing basis and any included waiting time. What is included depends on the service type and agreed route.

The quote will explain how tolls, parking, airport charges, applicable tax, night or holiday travel, extra stops, waiting, and any return journey are treated. An extra charge for a requested change, additional waiting, cleaning, or damage must have a clear basis and be explained before it is charged where practicable. We will not add a charge that was neither agreed nor reasonably attributable to a later request or damage.

We accept payment by bank transfer, JazzCash, or Easypaisa using details provided directly by us. Any deposit, balance due date, and receipt arrangements will be stated in the accepted quote or confirmation. This website does not collect payment details or process online payments. Please verify payment instructions through our published contact number before sending money.

Tell us as soon as possible if you need to change the route, time, flight, passenger count, or vehicle request. Changes depend on availability and may require a new quote. A change is agreed only when we reconfirm it in writing.

If you cancel at least 48 hours before the confirmed pickup time, we will refund any advance payment for that journey. For cancellation less than 48 hours before pickup, the refund or cancellation charge is the rule stated in your written quote and accepted before confirmation. If no late-cancellation rule was disclosed and accepted, we will not apply an undisclosed cancellation charge.

If we cannot provide a confirmed journey, we will offer an alternative for your agreement or refund the payment for the service we cannot provide. We will arrange refunds through an agreed secure payment method; the time for funds to appear may depend on the payment provider.

We will agree the pickup point, timing, driver contact method, any flight monitoring or meet and greet, included waiting, extra waiting rates, and what to do if either party cannot find the other before the journey. There is no standard waiting allowance or automatic no-show fee on this website. Please remain reachable and tell us promptly about a flight or travel delay.

Vehicle models and classes shown on the website are subject to availability. A named model is guaranteed only when the written confirmation expressly says so. Otherwise, we may offer an equivalent vehicle with suitable seats and luggage space for your agreement. We will disclose a material change in vehicle class or price before the journey.

Tell us in advance if you need a child seat, accessible vehicle, extra luggage space, a pet arrangement, flight monitoring, or meet and greet. We will confirm what can be provided and any cost before the booking is accepted. We cannot guarantee a special feature that has not been confirmed.

Passenger and luggage numbers must fit the confirmed vehicle safely. Passengers should wear seat belts, follow reasonable safety instructions, and supervise children. Smoking, illegal substances, and abusive or dangerous behaviour are not permitted. Please agree pets and food with us before travel.

Keep valuables, travel documents, and essential medication with you. Tell us promptly if you leave an item in the vehicle; we will make reasonable efforts to help recover it. We may charge the reasonable, evidenced cost of cleaning or repairing damage caused beyond ordinary use, and will explain the charge.

Traffic, weather, road closures, security restrictions, flight changes, and other events outside reasonable control may affect timing. We will make reasonable efforts to update you and discuss a practical alternative if a confirmed journey is disrupted. An arrival time is an estimate unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.

Nothing in these terms removes a right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Pakistani law.
